  • The number of items a user may check out depends on their classification. Faculty may check out up to 150 materials; graduates, 100; undergraduates and staff, 50; and courtesy card users, 25.
  • The standard loan period for main collection materials is 30 days. The loan period for graduate students is 120 days, and faculty have two due dates a year. Library books may be renewed if they are not recalled, “lost,” or reserve items.
