Who can check out items from the library?
The collection of the OSU Stillwater Library primarily supports the faculty, staff, and students of the university.
The Library does issues courtesy cards which permits residents of Oklahoma who are are 18+ and visiting scholars to use the collection for a limited time. For more information on circulation policies and courtesy card information, see Circulation Policies.
The OSU Stillwater Library also has reciprocal circulation agreements with networks of other libraries. These networks include OK-SHARE and the Greater Western Library Alliance (GWLA) institutions. Verified patrons from institutions in these networks can also be issued a courtesy card to borrow materials from our Library. Please see links below for participating institutions.
