Is there a lost and found in the OSU-Stillwater Library?

Yes. Lost and found items at Edmon Low Library may be kept behind the Circulation and Information Desk. Items are then brought to Access Services each business day, where they are tagged with the current date and entered in the Lost & Found logbook.

How lost items are handled?

•  If an item has any identifying information (student IDs, books, or notebooks with names written in them, wallets, purses, etc.), the Access Services Office will contact the owner via phone or campus email. Other items are kept for approximately three months in Access Services. After this time, if the materials have not been claimed, they will be discarded or donated.

How to report lost item?

• If you wish to report an item lost, you can do so by calling 405-744-9733 or emailing lib-fines@okstate.edu. You may also complete an online form. Please include a specific description of what was lost, along with your name, CWID, phone number, and email address.
