When I access a journal or database, I get an error message saying "Argo didn't send any data"

The Library uses a "Proxy" service to allow OSU students to access journals and databases from off campus locations. This proxy service requires students to login with an Okey account, and VPN software such as NordVPN can interfere with the authentication process. If you are unable to access Library resources such as journals and databases, and receive a message stating that "The page isn't working. argo.library.okstate.edu didn't send any data," disable your VPN software or try another computer that does not use VPN software. Email libraryhelp@okstate.edu if you are still not able to log in.
